My husband and I used Sheila to help us plan our perfect honeymoon in Ocho Rios Jamaica. We stayed at the sandals grande riveria which was absolutely amazing and beautiful!
At first I was hesitant on using a travel agent because I figured I could book it on my own but we met Sheila and she was so knowledgeable on what each resort had to offer and really helped us choose the best resort for what we were looking for around our budget.
She also was a big help to me because 3 days before my honeymoon I tore my ACL in my knee (which was a big bummer) we could have rescheduled our trip because we had travel insurance but decided to still go and she made many accommodations for me to have a pleasant vacation in spite of my injury. Such as, each airport had a wheelchair ready and available for me to maneuver around in (which was nice because it got my husband and I in the front of all the lines), our resort gave us a nice room that was easily accessible as well.
These things may seem small but really made a difference in our trip. So needless to say we are happy with the services Sheila provided for our honeymoon!
